In the role of Key Client Sales Executive, you are responsible for driving new business growth by establishing and maintaining strong B2B partnerships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players to expand business opportunities.
Identify and evaluate new business ventures aligned with market demand and strategy.
Prepare impactful sales materials (catalogues, technical specs, project references) to support client engagement.
Apply Sales Funnel methodology to manage the pipeline, drive results, and improve conversion rates.
Engage target audiences (homeowners, architects, designers, contractors) and ensure high service quality.
Analyze account performance to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve sales and income targets; monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
Min 1-2 years’ experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Proficient with CRM and digital analytics tools.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Sales-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Building Materials or Property Development is a plus.
Based in Tebrau, Johor Bahru, covering the Southern Region.
