Mercury Technology Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Finance Executive to join our team in Georgetown Penang. As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, effective financial management and analysis, as well as reporting to Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core financial operations, with a primary focus on accounts payable processing, including invoice verification, data input, payment execution, vendor management (such as contacting vendors to check and confirm bills), and reconciliation to maintain seamless cash flow.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial data analysis, expense monitoring, and forecasting to support informed business strategies.
• Prepare and generate essential financial reports and statements, providing clear insights into organizational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and headquarters to deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations that drive effective decision-making.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
