Job summary

A leading appliance company is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator in Selangor, Malaysia. This role involves managing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and monitoring POD with proficiency in Mandarin required for communicating with clients. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain and at least 2 years of related experience. Strong attention to detail and team collaboration skills are essential in ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in order processing or logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales order pricing issues are resolved according to monthly bulletins.
  • Input orders and picking lists from SAP system.
  • Coordinate with teams for delivery arrangements and tracking.

Job description
Order processing & delivery arrangement

Ensure sales order’s billing price issue by sales team are follow monthly price bulletin which is tally with SAP system

Input order and picking list from SAP system

Indicate remarks for those order is required special arrangement at the picking list

Coordinate with Product Team if there is any price difference in the SAP system

Coordinate with Warehouse Department for delivery arrangement

Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse Department if there is any issue during delivery to ensure delivery done without failure

POD Tracking, Billing, Invoice Dispatch and Filling

Daily POD monitoring and tracking with warehouse

Issue billing from SAP system, compiling documents for checking purposes

Invoice’s hard copy distribution to sales team and filling

Outbound Follow Up

Follow up with sales team for those order is long pending issued and awaiting delivery instruction

Follow up with warehouse on the delivery status for urgent delivery

Assist sales team when dealer checking on cargo receiving issue.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Detail oriented, team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
