Job summary

A logistics services company based in Kedah is seeking a responsible driver to ensure the safety of passengers and manage vehicle operations. The role involves assisting clients with pickups and drop-offs, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and adhering to strict safety measures. Candidates should have a valid driving license, exemplify punctuality, and possess good communication skills in Malay, English, and Mandarin to effectively interact with our diverse clients. Additional responsibilities include document dispatch and providing support to the QC department.

Job description

Ensure the personal safety and security of passengers and vehicle.

Assists pick up and drop off client from/to various location as assigned.

Ensure that the vehicle is maintained in good condition, clean and tidy.

Follow all safety measures while driving including observing speed limits, obeying all traffic and road signs, and avoiding dangerous behaviors such as answering phone calls, to ensure passenger safety and full compliance with traffic rules and regulations.

Dispatch or collect documents and parcels to or from office or other specific locations as needed.

Deliver messages, documents, and packages to various locations within the organization.

Support QC department when there no ongoing driver/runner job.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job requirement

Good driving records with valid driving license, punctual, patient and positive attitude. Must be well disciplined and have good eyesight.

Required Language for speaking and understanding :Malay, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
