• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily lorry operations and delivery routes.
• Supervise and liaise with drivers to ensure timely and safe transportation.
• Monitor and record vehicle mileage and fuel efficiency.

Job description

• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily lorry operations and delivery routes.
• Supervise and liaise with drivers to ensure timely and safe transportation of FFB, fertilizers, kernel, EFB and other materials.
• Arrange and monitor lorry trips including dispatch and return activities.
• Ensure accurate recording of trip data and maintain travel logs for all lorries.
• Schedule and coordinate PUSPAKOM inspections for all company vehicles.
• Renew road tax and insurance for lorry on time,
• Monitor and record vehicle mileage (ODO Meter) for all lorries.
• Coordinate with workshops for schedules maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Record daily diesel usage for each lorries and monitor fuel efficiency.
• Monitor real-time vehicle location and route compliance via GPS tracking system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report on vehicle performance, usage and breakdowns.
• Ensure all transportation activities comply with internal SOPs and government regulations.
• Maintain systematic records for permits, vehicle documents, insurance, service logs.
• Coordinate closely with estate, mill, warehouse and external vendors for smooths logistic flow.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities at estate, mills and storage facilities.
• Respond to any on-road issues or delays and communicate updates to management.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor or top management
