Job summary
A logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated logistics coordinator to manage the dispatch of chilled and frozen products. This role involves compiling sales order information, ensuring accurate documentation, and supervising daily operations. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain and be familiar with Microsoft Office. The position requires a willingness to work shifts and emphasizes adherence to safety and health guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehousing or equivalent.
- Willing to work on rotational shift.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word, Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
- Compile sales order information, perform preloading scanning.
- Supervise daily dispatch of chilled and frozen poultry products.
- Monitor performance of transporters.
- Drive cost-saving in delivery scheduling.
