Warehouse Officer – Semiconductor Industry

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Officer to manage operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and support shipping processes in a fast‑paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse management and implement 6S principles to ensure a clean, safe work area.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks on raw materials and finished wafers.
• Receive, sort, classify, and transport raw materials, ensuring proper organization and labeling.
• Manage shipping‑related processes, from order receipt to dispatch, in coordination with logistics teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years experience as a Warehouse Officer in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or EMS industry.
• Forklift license is an added advantage.
• Capability to lift heavy items (up to 35 KG).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Mandarin and English.
