Customer Order Planner: Demand Forecast & Fulfillment
Job summary
A leading technology company based in Penang is looking for a dedicated Customer Order Manager to oversee order fulfillment and customer demands. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and manage data relevant to customer requirements. The ideal candidate has a degree, at least 3 years of experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Flexibility and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years related working experience.
- Ability to communicate to all levels of management.
- Must be motivated and result-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers on orders fulfillment.
- Track and analyze customer demand trends.
- Prepare and share weekly order list.
- Support quarterly CAPL analysis activity.
