We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our Supply Chain team. This role is critical in ensuring that all procurement activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with operational schedules. You will work closely with suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and internal departments to maintain inventory accuracy and support smooth production flow for both AKSM and AKMM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage all purchasing activities to meet production and operational schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all goods and materials.
• Handle push-in or pull-out demand changes as directed by management.
• Plan and schedule material requirements; conduct stock counts and monitor inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to prepare reports, maintain system records, and keep ISO documents up to date.
• Coordinate with internal departments to process additional purchase requests.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Compile and manage supplier documents, including invoices, delivery orders, statements of accounts, and purchase orders.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to product quality, invoices, or supplier compliance.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Daily Tasks:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day purchasing operations for AKSM and AKMM.
• Process purchase orders (POs) for fabrication, raw materials, treatment, and dropship suppliers.
• Monitor and update estimated delivery dates (ETDs) for open POs in both system and master list.
• Ensure no outstanding tasks remain in purchasing system or master list.
• Verify accuracy of POs issued by purchasers.
• Maintain updated master lists for AKSM and AKMM on a daily basis.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve any supply-related issues.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with reporting and issue tracking.
• Ensure compliance with ISO documentation standards and maintain up-to-date records.
