Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead the setup, transformation, and continuous improvement of Momo House’s warehouse operations to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Manage the Operations & Warehouse Department, including racking activities, picker operators, and packer operators, ensuring all functions run efficiently and comply with company standards.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate stock data in the ERP system, ensuring real‑time visibility of all stock movements and transactions.
  • Supervise and motivate warehouse personnel, ensuring adherence to SOPs, productivity targets, safety requirements, and operational best practices.
  • Plan and optimize warehouse space, including racking design, height optimization, and strategic pathway layout to maximize storage capacity while meeting safety and fire regulation requirements.
  • Monitor end‑to‑end stock flow, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching activities, ensuring high accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Implement strong stock control measures and conduct regular checks to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as sales and purchasing to ensure alignment on stock movements, delivery needs, and operational priorities.
  • Liaise directly with courier partners to manage parcel pickups, dispatch flow, and resolve delivery issues promptly.
  • Collaborate external suppliers and logistics providers to support inbound deliveries, stock replenishment, and operational coordination.
  • Drive digital enhancement initiatives, including ERP improvements, e‑invoicing processes, and integration of digital inventory tools.
  • Ensure the warehouse consistently meets safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations (manual and digital).
  • Experience working in Japanese companies is preferred.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse logic, safety requirements, and business trade‑offs (e.g., space optimization vs. safety compliance).
  • Proven leadership with strong decision‑making, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and digital tools related to warehouse and inventory management.
  • Proactive, and able to perform well in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
