Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners to source and negotiate joint‑venture opportunities, primarily in condominium, serviced apartment and landed housing developments.
• Conduct feasibility analyses and build financial models to assess investment potential.
• Perform in‑depth market research on the residential sector, including supply‑demand trends, pricing movements, transaction activities, competitor benchmarking and macroeconomic indicators.
• Support deal execution, including negotiations, structuring, land and JV due diligence, documentation and financing processes.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to monitor business plans, P&L projections and cash flow, ensuring alignment with target returns.
