This role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing used motorcycles while ensuring they meet company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motorcycle conditions, market pricing, and negotiation strategies. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory quality and ensuring a seamless procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Motorcycle Inspection & Evaluation: Assess the mechanical and cosmetic condition of used motorcycles, ensuring they meet company's quality standards.
• Purchasing & Sourcing: Identify, negotiate, and purchase motorcycles from individual sellers, dealers, and other sources.
• Market Research: Stay updated on motorcycle market trends, pricing, and demand to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Price Negotiation: Effectively negotiate pricing and terms to secure the best deals while maintaining profitability.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance for all acquired motorcycles, including ownership transfers and registrations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with sellers professionally, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
