Job description

Focus on Malaysia’s home appliance industry. Based on brand clients’ needs in the home appliance sector and phased industry product sales data, conduct in-depth research and analysis to deliver professional research reports and consulting services. Provide client support through on-site presentations and Q&A sessions, while collaborating with the client team and channel team to fulfill pre-sales support responsibilities, facilitating client signing and business expansion.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide professional consulting services to home appliance brand clients, addressing their inquiries related to market data, industry trends, product strategies, and other relevant areas.
  2. Participate in on‑site client research presentations, clearly and persuasively present research findings and core insights, and collaborate to address client inquiries and follow up on their needs.
  3. Track client feedback on research reports and consulting services, continuously refine service offerings, and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Collaborate with relevant business departments to provide pre‑sales support, delivering research data, industry insights, and customized analytical materials to facilitate client needs alignment and solution demonstrations.
  5. Participate in client demand communication meetings and solution review sessions prior to signing, providing professional support from a research perspective to advance the client signing process.
  6. Collaborate with the Channel Department to align client data requirements with channel data acquisition status, assist in optimizing data collection dimensions, and ensure the quality of data sources for research and analysis.
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in market research and data analysis, with at least 1 year of research experience in the home appliance industry or consumer electronics industry being preferred.
  2. Possess practical experience in independently completing special research reports, conducting on‑site client presentations, and providing pre‑sales support. Demonstrate the ability to quickly respond to client needs and deliver professional solutions.
  3. Possess proficient mastery of core theories and methodologies in market research and data analysis, coupled with solid data analytical capabilities. Demonstrate expertise in interpreting home appliance industry sales data through multi‑dimensional analytical logic. Have a comprehensive understanding of Malaysia’s home appliance industry chain, product categories, market structure, and consumption trends, as well as in-depth insights into the core needs and business pain points of home appliance brand clients.
