Do you love challenges?

We are looking for an SAP Data Migration Consultant to support data migration activities to move to SAP S/4HANA Cloud under RISE with SAP. The role involves planning, developing, and executing data migration processes using SAP standard tools and custom ABAP programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP data migration from on-premise ERP or S/4HANA systems and a solid foundation in ABAP development.

• Participate in defining the data migration strategy, scope, and approach for various migration objects.
• Analyze source data models and identify master and transactional data to be migrated.
• Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes using standard SAP tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or BODS, and custom ABAP programs where needed.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accurate migration results.
• Coordinate with functional consultants to understand business rules and mapping requirements.
• Document migration procedures, test results, and lessons learned.
• Provide post-migration support and assist in resolving data-related issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming for data extraction, BAPIs, IDocs, and file handling.
• Hands-on experience with one or more tools:

• Good understanding of SAP data structures across core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams

• Passion for quality and demonstrated high standards of service delivery
• Strong issues resolution experience with excellent analytical, conceptual, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies, with flexibility to quickly adapt to rapidly changing cultural and business environments with a strong desire to excel
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills:

• Excellent client relationship skills, strong customer service orientation with a convincing and creative personality
• Exceptional skills in managing stakeholder expectations
• Solid skills in collaborating with a team of professionals

• Solid time, and task management skills:

• Strong organisational skills, and an ability to establish and work to priorities
• A highly positive, motivated and proactive self-starter who is able to work in a team as well as independently

• Excellent business communication skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• High quality documentation delivery, with demonstrated experience preparing report

• Adaptable to the consulting lifestyle with flexibility to travel which may be minimal or extensive depending on project requirements
• Additional knowledge, training, experience or proficiency in the following areas is desirable:

• Any SAP core functional module and linkages
• ·Able to communicate in Mandarin.
