A contemporary automotive service company is seeking a Senior Social Media Executive to shape its voice and presence across social platforms. We are building a strong presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XHS to reach the next generation of car owners.
As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will play a leading role in shaping ServAuto’s voice and presence across key social platforms. You will be responsible for developing content strategy, managing platform operations, and collaborating with the Content Creator to ensure high-quality, engaging content delivery. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
Plan, develop, and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XHS, ensuring consistent posting aligned with campaign goals.
Tailor content strategy to suit each platform’s audience behavior, algorithm, and trends.
Ensure content is published on schedule with effective captions, hashtags, and visual consistency.
Monitor and manage community interactions including DMs, comments, mentions, and feedback.
Actively engage with relevant pages, influencers, and communities to boost organic visibility.
Stay ahead of social media trends to proactively apply new formats and content styles.
Work closely with the Content Creator by providing creative direction, campaign briefs, and key messaging.
Participate in content planning sessions and support the production of on‑brand visual and video assets.
Coordinate with marketing, BD, and customer service teams to align messaging and promotions.
Track performance using analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and XHS platform insights.
Conduct regular reporting on engagement, reach, conversions, and audience growth.
Recommend optimizations based on data and conduct A/B testing on content types or publishing strategies.
3–5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital brand management.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XHS, including platform tools and trends.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent content tools.
Excellent writing skills in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus, especially for XHS content.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, plan ahead, and work independently.
Prior experience working with content creators or agencies is a bonus.
