Job summary

A fast-growing logistics company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee the tracking and delivery of shipments. The role involves managing staff, ensuring quality service, and handling cash on delivery responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess at least a diploma and 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required for effective communication. Competitive salary range of RM2,500 - RM2,700 a month offered.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma or higher in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

  • Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery.
  • Manage staff and oversee hub operations as needed.
  • Handle cash on delivery and ensure daily banking.
  • Work closely with customer service to fulfill requests.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth processes.
  • Control inventory and manage shipment risks.

Responsibilities
  • Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
  • Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely. 3. Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
  • Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
  • Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
  • Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
  • Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.
  • Any other task instructed by superior
Others
  • Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
  • Take care of own and others' safety.
  • Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

RM2,500 - RM2,700 a month
