Melloe Wellness (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor to join our team in Melaka. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our F&B stall. As the Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our facility, while also contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling (main branch), task coordination, and workflow optimisation
• Ensure excellent customer service by monitoring service quality, addressing client concerns, and implementing process improvements
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including equipment, supplies, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
• Provide training and development opportunities for the operations team to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Analyse performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to drive operational excellence
• Assist with the coordination of special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to support the company's growth

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations supervisory role, preferably in the F&B Industry
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and implement data-driven solutions
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse workforce
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and stakeholders
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as experience in maintaining regulatory compliance
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
