📌 Fresh Graduates & SPM Holders are Welcome | Training Provided

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Documentation Specialist (Mandarin Specialist). This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates or SPM school leavers. Full training will be provided.

Documentation: Create Arrival Notice, Delivery order, file ISF, receive pre-alert and input in system.

Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process incoming invoices from vendors and service providers. Ensure that invoices are accurate, properly authorized, and comply with company policies.

Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices to customers. Verify that all invoices are accurate and include appropriate supporting documentation. Dispute with carrier if invoices are inaccurate.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized and secure records of all shipping and logistics documentation, ensuring easy retrieval for auditing and reference purposes.

Data Verification: Cross-check and validate information from various sources, such as purchase orders, shipping instructions, and contracts, to ensure accuracy in documentation.

Perform other tasks that contribute to the overall goals of the company.

Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) – required for documentation and communication.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Fresh graduates & SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).

Experience in documentation or logistics is an added advantage but not required.
