Job summary

A leading marketing company in Selangor is looking for a motivated sales and marketing professional. This role involves achieving sales budgets, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding the customer base. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing and at least 3 years of experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, along with strong interpersonal skills. Travelling is expected as part of the role.

We offer sales positions across several divisions, including Hose & Fittings, Renewable Energy Products, Building Materials, Industrial Hardware, Heavy Equipment Parts and Commercial Vehicles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibility
  • Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities for the particular division in Malaysia.
  • To achieve sales budget given by following up on customer’s requirements/ orders progress.
  • Maintaining good relationship with customers.
  • To compile reports on products, market, competitors analysis.
  • To expand customer base by generating new key accounts.
  • To gain better market share by providing suitable solutions to the customers.
  • To ensure timely collection.
  • To coordinate the supply chain for timely delivery to meet customers' expectations.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Sales, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, good customer service, self-motivated, goal oriented and result driven.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision.
