Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure proper completion of tasks.
• Act as hub manager when necessary.
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure daily banking.
• Collaborate closely with customer service and fulfill customer requests.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Control inventory and oversee each shipment to reduce risk of missing or damaged parcels.
• Perform any other tasks instructed by supervisor.
• Conform to the ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System.
• Take care of own and others’ safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
