Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong service-minded attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin or local dialects (Hokkien, Cantonese, Tamil) is an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, simple data entry).
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work on weekends and public holidays (rotational schedule).
Responsibilities
Resident & Family Support
- Greet and assist residents, family members, and visitors professionally.
- Support resident needs including transport arrangements, assistance with basic requests, and orientation for new residents.
- Build and maintain positive rapport with residents.
Walk-In & Enquiry Management
- Manage walk-in enquiries from families, prospects, and vendors.
- Record visitor details and provide appropriate guidance.
- Share community information, brochures, schedule appointments, and assist with sign-ups.
Front Desk Operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal communication channels.
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Manage visitor registration and access control procedures.
Administrative Support
- Assist with filing, updating resident records, documentation, and logs.
- Prepare daily census reports and update relevant communication groups.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier items, and packages.
Room & Facility Coordination
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness for new residents or room changes.
- Update and maintain accurate room occupancy status (non-commercial reservation style).
Billing Support
- Assist in daily billing verification and processing under supervision.
- Perform basic posting of charges when required.
Safety & Escalation
- Monitor for wandering residents and notify Wellness Associates immediately.
- Report unusual behaviour, concerns, or incidents to the Supervisor/Manager.
- Follow all emergency and safety procedures.
Community Experience
- Support coordination of events such as resident gatherings, health talks, and community activities.
- Assist with guest orientation alongside relevant departments.
Other Duties
- Perform other front office and senior living support tasks as assigned.
