Job summary
A logistics company in Kuala Selangor is seeking a motivated individual to support warehouse operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with customer service to ensure timely shipment execution, maintaining inventory accuracy, and addressing customer queries. Candidates should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably 2 years of relevant experience, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A positive attitude and physical ability to perform duties during shifts are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field preferred but open to fresh graduates.
- Physically able to perform tasks like standing, walking, and climbing during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with customer service teams for timely operations.
- Maintain stock accuracy and complete inventory transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and address customer queries.
Skills
- Be responsible to support day‑to‑day operations in the warehouse.
- Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely operations (shipment clearance and delivery) execution.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and answer customer queries.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience in the relevant field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Must be self‑motivated; possess strong initiative; good analytical and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the shift.
- Preferably has working experience in stringing badminton & tennis racquets.
