Qualifications

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Resorts World Genting's attractions, events, and facilities.
  • Lead guest tours and briefings, ensuring high-quality experiences.
  • Gather, analyze, and report guest feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee daily Centre operations and maintain a professional environment.
