Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ipoh, Perak branch. As a full-time role, this position will be responsible for leading a team of talented professionals and ensuring the efficient and effective running of our retail location. The Branch Manager will play a crucial part in driving the growth and profitability of our business in the Perak region.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and supervise all branch staff, including recruitment, training, performance management and rostering
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Oversee inventory management, product ordering, and stock control procedures
  • Analyse financial data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant industry regulations
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with Manjoy Gadget's core values
  • Liaise with the head office team to communicate branch performance and discuss strategic initiatives
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a branch or retail management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or gadgets industry
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools to generate insights and inform decision-making
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Management or a related field is highly desirable
