• Experience in supervising sales teams is a plus.

Job description

Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor, guide, and motivate staff to ensure overall clinic sales targets are met.

Prepare monthly sales reports and present them to management clearly and professionally.

Assist in marketing efforts, promotions, and campaigns to boost sales.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Stay updated on Revolve Clinic’s treatments, promotions, and new service offerings.

Engage with walk-in clients and online inquiries to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or aesthetic/beauty industry (preferred).

Experience in sales supervision and team monitoring.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for aesthetic treatments and skincare.

Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pleasant personality with a professional and confident appearance.
