About the Role

The Car Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing used cars from private sellers, verifying vehicle details, and ensuring a smooth process from lead qualification to inspection scheduling. You will be the first point of contact for car sellers and play a critical role in growing Mobee’s monthly transactions. This is a sales-driven role for individuals who enjoy customer engagement, negotiation, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and engage car owners who enquire about selling their vehicles.
  • Verify car details, ownership type, and seller readiness to sell.
  • Provide accurate market valuations using Mobee’s pricing tools.
  • Handle seller objections professionally and guide them through the entire process.
  • Coordinate inspection appointments with Mobee’s inspection team.
  • Ensure all required documents are complete before final handover.
  • Maintain strong conversion rates from leads → inspections → successful acquisitions.
  • Build strong rapport and trust with sellers through transparent communication.
  • Update CRM systems and reports accurately and promptly.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or automotive fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and WhatsApp.
  • Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment with daily targets.
  • Basic car knowledge is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Must be able to work 6 days a week.
  • Must be able to travel within the Klang Valley if required.

  • Location: Kota Damansara
  • Working Days: 6 days per week
