Job Description

As a Branch Manager, you will be fully responsible and take ownership of the air and sea freight operations.

Key duties

• Manage the operations of the branch, including sales and marketing, logistics and customer service portfolio.
• Develop and implement the company's business strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities in the northern region.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the senior management of the company at HQ.

The person

• Malaysian with tertiary qualification in logistics and supply chain discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in freight‑logistics sector, including leadership role.
• Strong air and sea freight operations background.
• Must possess a confident, people‑oriented leadership and commercial mind‑set style.
• Must be willing to be based at Seberang Prai area in Penang state.
