Job Purpose:

The Project Manager, SAP Implementation, will lead SAP ERP deployment at the Johor site. This role will support requirement gathering, data management, UAT tracking, implementation, and change management. The candidate will collaborate across business functions and with global IT to ensure smooth implementation aligned with corporate goals. The Project Manager will be focused on SAP implementation during Johor site ramp-up phase.

Job Description:

• Manage SAP project scope, schedules, and cross-functional deliverables from planning to go-live.
• Work closely with each function in D21 to gather requirements and ensure SAP adoption aligns with operational needs.
• Collaborate with global IT teams based in Belgium to align implementation strategy and troubleshoot issues.
• Support end-users with testing activities and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Run basic SAP queries and reports to support project tracking and issue resolution.
• Track implementation progress, issues, and resolutions with clear documentation.
• Support change management and end-user training efforts during the rollout phase.
• Maintain data accuracy throughout the implementation process and support post-go-live stabilization.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects; SAP-specific experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working in or with global multinational corporations (MNCs) required.
• Skilled in Excel and SAP (as a user); no SAP configuration experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones
• Able to work on 12 months contract basis and based in Johor.
