A leading travel technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive (Tech) to oversee recruitment across Engineering, Product, and Data roles in the ASEAN region. This position will involve managing the recruitment process, employing AI tools to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement, and collaborating closely with hiring managers. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in technical hiring, and possess strong communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy across multiple countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.

Within the function, the Talent Acquisition team leads full‑cycle recruitment across all departments, with a strong focus on building scalable, AI‑enabled processes that support rapid growth and operational excellence.
The Talent Acquisition Executive (Tech) will play a key role in driving hiring across Engineering, Product and Data roles for the ASEAN region. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, collaborate closely with hiring managers and deliver high‑quality talent pipelines across Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked both in‑house and in agency environments, understands technical hiring deeply and embraces the use of AI tools to enhance sourcing, assessment and communication workflows.
