Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts/Finance Executive to support our finance function and ensure accurate financial operations. In this role, you will assist with financial record keeping, reporting, and analysis, cash flow monitoring, and compliance with financial policies and standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely and reliable financial information, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and contribute to process improvements that enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

Job Requirement
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance or related role.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • High attention to details and accuracy in handling numerical and written data.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals.
  • Competent in handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) and Accounting Software (knowledge in MYOB and ERP system is added advantage)
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax requirements.
  • Work effectively in fast-paced with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as required by management.
  • Must have own transport and willing to work at Desa Sri Hartamas.
