We are looking for 2 senior consultant & 2 junior consultant. As a CRS Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for leading successful CRS implementations from start to finish. This role requires managing a wide range of activities, balancing shifting priorities, and ensuring timely execution in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self‑starter who thrives on problem‑solving, adapts quickly to changing conditions, and delivers practical solutions that drive customer success. By guiding clients through the onboarding process, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions, strong adoption, and long‑term satisfaction with SHR’s CRS platform. This position is aligned with US business hours to provide effective support to our US‑based teams and customers. Candidates must be comfortable working in this time zone.
