Job Title: Senior Admin Executive (Full-time)

Industry: BPO

Salary: RM4,500-5,500/Month + Allowance + Bonus

Location: Jalan Tun Razak, KL

Working hours: 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday

Purpose of this Position

Handle general administrative support to ensure high quality Admin Service, good and secure working environment, cost/quality effective procurement. Provide support on employees assigned from China on apartment searching, logistics, living issues, etc. Monitor the office expansion in Kuala Lumpur to ensure growth needs. Facilitate communication with government bodies as required to ensure smooth business environment in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Services & Facility Management
  • Welcome visitors and handle general administrative requests from employees.
  • Manage office cleaners and ensure a clean, safe, and secure working environment.
  • Oversee physical security measures to maintain ISO27001 compliance.
  • Coordinate with landlords and property managers for smooth office operations.
  • Prepare office supplier budgets and conduct cost-effective procurement.
2. Employee Support & Expatriate Assistance
  • Assist employees assigned from China with apartment searching, logistics, and daily living arrangements.
  • Act as a cultural and logistical liaison for expatriate staff.
3. Office Expansion & Project Coordination
  • Monitor and support office expansion projects in Kuala Lumpur to accommodate business growth.
  • Manage vendors, renovations, and facility upgrades.
4. Government & External Liaison
  • Facilitate communication with Malaysian government bodies to ensure compliance and smooth business operations.
Job Requirement
1. Education & Background
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (soft skills highly valued).
2. Experience & Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in administration, facility management, or office operations.
  • Experience in government affairs or liaison is a strong advantage.
  • Proven project management skills in office renovation, expansion, and vendor management.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and service-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
