Our global People Technology and Analytics team is looking for an Specialist, People Technology to help drive our journey of evolving our digital landscape for managers and employees.
The successful applicant’s main role will be to support the day to day running including changes and issues across multiple HR systems such as Oracle eBusiness Suite, SmartRecruiters, and Cornerstone Learning. You will become part of a global team spread across five countries and will need to be flexible to move from working in one system to another to complete daily inquiries.
You will be a self-starter, energetic, and love a fast-paced team environment, and be passionate about driving world class employee experience through technology. There will be the need to be a collaborative team player with an attention for detail and want to contribute to the overall success of a team. You will have a strong desire to learn new skills and enjoy working with systems, tools and processes. When faced with obstacles, you’re calm under pressure and proactively, seek the best resolution for the business, taking into account the needs of end users, and stakeholders.
