A well-established law firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Associate Corporate/IP Lawyer with at least 4 years of PQE. The role involves drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements and providing strategic advice in M&A and compliance. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a business-oriented mindset are essential. This position is exclusively for Malaysian citizens and offers a relocation package for the right candidate.

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of IP-related agreements, clauses, and corporate commercial contracts.
- Advise on intellectual property protection, licensing, assignment, and enforcement strategies.
- Provide strategic input on corporate and IP transactions, including due diligence and structuring.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored legal solutions.
- Support the team on corporate advisory matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and compliance.
- Engage in high-level strategic discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Minimum 4 years PQE, with solid experience in corporate and intellectual property law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in handling IP-related contracts and strategic advisory work.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide practical legal solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
