Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software engineering and enterprise application projects, from initiation through deployment and BAU transition.
• Partner with engineering leads, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and vendors to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, budgeting, and risk management practices.
• Drive Agile delivery, facilitating sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives, and ensuring cadence and delivery discipline.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, and budgets, ensuring transparent stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Frontend, Backend, QA) to ensure smooth execution and collaboration.
• Manage backlog health, ensuring user stories are well‑defined, estimated, prioritized, and aligned to business value.
• Oversee BAU application activities, vendor deliverables, and inter‑project dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational strategy, IT governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate business, technical, financial, and regulatory risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, automation, documentation, and quality practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, with exposure to hybrid and waterfall methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP or enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
• Proficient with project and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across technical and business audiences.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and adaptability skills in fast‑changing environments.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Chinese stakeholders.
