As Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading multi-country HRIS implementations and integrations while managing an internal project team and coordinating closely with external HRIS partners and vendors. This role ensures end-to-end delivery across regions, aligning business, HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, compliant HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-country HRIS implementation and integration projects across ASEAN and/or global regions
- Manage and mentor an internal project team
- Act as the primary interface with HRIS partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors
- Own end-to-end project governance including scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and resourcing
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, and executive-level status reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and regional business leaders
- Manage vendor delivery, milestones, commercials, and contractual commitments
- Drive requirements validation, solution design sign-off, and strict change control
- Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT), data migration, cutover planning, and go-live readiness across countries
- Ensure compliance with local employment, payroll, and data privacy regulations in each country
- Proactively manage escalations, risks, and stakeholder expectations at senior leadership level
Whom are we looking for?
- Strong understanding of HR operations and end-to-end HR processes
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle etc)
- Solid knowledge of HRIS integrations (APIs, middleware, file-based interfaces)
- Experience managing multi-country or regional HR implementations
- Understanding of data migration, security, and access controls in HR systems
- Strong project management and delivery skills
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
- Ability to translate business and HR requirements into system delivery plans
- Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
- Clear and confident communication at senior stakeholder level
- Ability to manage ambiguity in complex transformation projects
Qualifications & Experience required :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in project management, with strong focus on HRIS implementations
- Proven experience managing system integrations and third-party vendors
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is an advantage
- Experience in regional or global HR transformation projects preferred
