Senior Executive G22 (Strategic Planning)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Executive G22 (Strategic Planning) to join our dynamic team at SIRIM BERHAD’ in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for driving the organisation’s strategic planning initiatives and aligning our operations with our long‑term business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist in developing strategies, objectives, plans, budgets, policies and procedures to effectively manage planning projects and meet business objectives.
• Assist senior consultant with regular dialogue with Government and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities for SIRIM to participate in the Government national development agenda.
• Implement good management practice and integrity in the delivery of services and activities.
• Undertake internal business process improvement to increase productivity, efficiency, competitiveness, customer satisfaction and service delivery.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic planning, preferably within consulting or professional services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with industry best practices, trends and emerging technologies related to strategic planning.
• Strong competencies in strategic formulation, report writing, strategic foresight, and balanced scorecard.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• MBA/MSc in strategic management, economics, or technology management preferred.
