Accountabilities

• Manage project or complex programs end to end across all key PM domains.
• Own and execute the program plan, ensuring delivery of major elements, including business objectives and scope.
• Demonstrate program success in front of leadership team, focusing on customer satisfaction and finances.
• Provide active management of risks, issues, dependencies, and quality for all engagement elements.
• Set up and maintain Governance Model with Project Management Office.
• Work closely with Program Sponsors to facilitate delivery decisions.
• Translate customer business goals into strategic delivery plans.
• Evaluate complex situations and identify viable solutions.
• Resolve issues related to resources, budgeting, and legal matters.
