• Manage the allocation of audit portfolios across partners and managers, ensuring balanced workloads.
• Oversee ongoing audit portfolios to guarantee timely updates.
• Coordinate with partners and managers to resolve any portfolio-related issues promptly.
• Monitor wins and losses related to audit and assurance engagements and business development efforts.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target clients to generate actionable insights.
• Develop client profiles and prepare research briefs to support business development strategies.
• Assist in the creation and execution of strategic sales and marketing campaigns in the Jupiter system.
• Coordinate internal teams to drive the sales and marketing campaign delivery, track and prepare ad-hoc/monthly reports.
• Support the Clients & Industry team with the planning, logistics, management and post-event follow-up of client-facing events (virtual, hybrid, or physical), including webinars, conferences, roundtables, and networking sessions.
• Work closely with the Brand, Marketing & Communications team to ensure business proposals align with company brand standards and compliance guidelines.

• Proven experience as assistant manager (at least 1 year) or similar position
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel including PivotTable, V-Lookup, data mining and Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)
• Audit experience will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously
• Enjoys a good challenge, possesses a positive working attitude, a team player and result oriented
• Strong analytical thinking, assertive conflict resolution and problem solving skills
• Specific skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include operation standard office equipment including pertinent software applications, preparing and maintaining accurate records and utilizing delegated authority
• Flexibility to work with others in a wide variety of circumstances, diversity of individuals and/or groups
• Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form
• Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to obtain results
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload
