Role Summary

The Pricing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth across assigned accounts and market segments. This role involves overseeing business performance, managing commercial terms, conducting deal analysis, and supporting strategic decision‑making. The role also includes contract negotiations, developing account strategies and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and margin growth across assigned accounts and vertical segments.
  • Oversee business performance and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Define and manage commercial terms, including pricing, aligned with solution value and business objectives.
  • Conduct financial analysis of deals and assess business impact; present findings to support management decisions.
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers and partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Apply market insights to shape pricing and account strategies.
  • Communicate the value of Altera solutions effectively to customers.
  • Support customer‑specific pricing and contractual requests.
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and internal operations to justify business decisions.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives focused on process and organizational improvements.
Qualifications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain required certifications.
