Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring business operations.
  • Assist in budgeting, sales forecasting, performance tracking, and basic financial reporting.
  • Analyze business data, market trends, and sales performance to support decision‑making.
  • Coordinate and monitor projects and initiatives to ensure timelines and objectives are met.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Identify and resolve operational, sales, or product‑related issues promptly.
  • Support the development and execution of business strategies and plans.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in records, artwork, inventory, and related documentation.
  • Mentor junior staff and promote effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Adapt to changing business priorities and market conditions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in product management within the FMGC or petfood/pet care industry.
  • Experience in assisting with the product lifecycle, from conception and development to market launch, including coordinating cross‑functional teams.
