Responsibilities
  • Define and achieve short-term KPIs and long-term strategy for the Unsecured Financing business.
  • Oversee financial performance, pinpoint growth opportunities, and resolve P&L issues.
  • Lead the creation, launch, and scaling of new web products and services for consumers and clients.
  • Report product and financial performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with Data Science to build credit and segment models for industry and individual trends.
  • Partner with the Product team to enhance the consumer experience in researching and applying for financing.
  • Work with Marketing to target the right products to the right audiences.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure customers receive the best-suited financing products.
  • Align with Sales to meet client goals and maintain RinggitPlus as the market leader in unsecured financing.
  • Unite all teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and top-tier service.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 4+ years in B2C products/services, preferably in financial services (banking/insurance).
  • Commercial Acumen: Own P&L and product/business lines, with strong understanding of unit economics on consumer (marketing) and industry (sales) sides. Build win-win growth with key partners/clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Solve problems and analyze data to evaluate business performance effectively.
  • Business Scaling: Proven ability to develop and launch new products/services or grow existing business lines 10x.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to achieve monthly targets and long-term product vision.
  • Strategic Thinking: Plan multiple steps ahead to deliver value to stakeholders and shape the unsecured financing industry.
  • Ambition: Drive industry-changing impact, not just meet KPIs.
  • Commitment: Stay dedicated through challenges to achieve the shared vision for unsecured financing in Malaysia.
  • Credit Risk Knowledge: Familiarity with credit risk/portfolio management frameworks and analytical techniques is a plus.
  • Telemarketing Expertise: Experience driving telesales outcomes through targets, incentives, motivation, and performance management is highly desirable and will strengthen your application.
