As a Regional Creative Manager in BCG’s Design Studios team, you will be a key creative leader shaping the visual voice of BCG. You will drive creative direction, oversee multi‑disciplinary teams, and elevate the impact of our design solutions across verticals such as Visual Design, Digital Experiences, Content Strategy, and Motion/Video. Your role blends creative vision with hands‑on execution, nurturing talent and scaling innovation across consulting engagements.
You will act as a strategic partner to BCG consultants and leadership, co‑creating engaging narratives, developing breakthrough visual communication, and ensuring our creative output meets both business objectives and brand standards. As a steward of design excellence in the region, you will play a pivotal role in building design culture, modernizing creative workflows, and enabling new capabilities in areas such as AI‑assisted design, digital storytelling, and cross‑channel brand expression. In addition, you will develop and deliver our design strategy service offering and help drive innovation and engaging partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team.
