A leading biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Business Unit Director for Oncology in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of commercial leadership experience and a strong background in oncology and specialty care. As the Business Unit Director, Oncology, you have primary responsibility for sales and marketing involving planning, directing and controlling the development and profitable operation of the company consistent with corporate guidelines.
The portfolio not only includes current products, but also new product introduction and new channels and lines expansion. The role includes accountability for the short-term performance and long-term business success, execution, implementation and achievement of AstraZeneca’s business goals in the specific therapeutic area. Working closely with the Country President and the leadership team, you will be accountable for formulating all strategic goals in relation to the current and new product portfolio to ensure they are successful and provide a strong platform for continued growth
