Client & Partnership Development

Lead high-level client meetings and negotiations to establish long-term business relationships and secure contracts.

Manage key accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and retention of clients.

Oversee pre- and post-sales support processes to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and high service standards.

Represent the company in exhibitions, networking events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and strengthen professional networks.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Supervise and guide Business Development teams to achieve team sales targets.

Set clear performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

Foster a collaborative and result-driven team culture aligned with company values and goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with various department to align product development and promotional activities with market demands.

Provide market feedback to support product innovation, pricing strategies, and process improvements.

Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to ensure proper costing, delivery, and client satisfaction.

Brand Representation & Compliance

Uphold and promote company’s reputation as a trusted leader in natural and functional ingredients through professional business conduct and ethical practices.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry, regulatory, and quality standards during business operations.

Other Responsibilities

Prepare and present business proposals, progress reports, and performance reviews to management.

Carry out any additional assignments or special projects as directed by management.

Requirements
