Job summary
A local furnishing firm in Kuala Selangor is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage online orders and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, with strong e-commerce proficiency and Microsoft Office skills. Responsibilities include order processing, product management, and customer service. Benefits include annual leave and allowances. - Experience handling Seller Centers like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify is highly preferred.
- Must be able to use basic Excel formulas (Sum, Average), filters, and sorting for reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily orders ensuring timely processing, packing, and courier arrangement.
- Assist in uploading products and updating pricing on seller centers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse for accuracy.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various platforms.
- Prepare invoices and maintain proper document filing.
