A prominent retail company in Selangor is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive strategic sales activities and achieve sales targets with key retail outlets. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, strong key account management skills, and be able to work independently and under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential for success. Responsible for driving strategic sales activities assigned by Key Retail outlets and developing strong relationships
Possess excellent organization and coordination skills within high level of responsibility, commitment and confidence.
Promoting products, applications and services offers by the Company to ensure the company’s Key Retail outlets sales target are achieve.
To lead the sales team into achieving the company’s sales objectives/targets.
Degree preferably in Marketing, Market Research or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years in FMCG industry or equivalent.
Must possess key account management skills and working experience in FMCG.
Dynamic with good analytical skills and acute capability in achieving task.
Capable in working under high‑pressure situations and under time constraints.
Able to travel and work independently.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Words, PowerPoint and Access.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia are required.
Knowledge in sales and trade marketing would be an advantage.
