Job summary
A leading construction company based in Selangor is seeking an experienced professional to manage and implement the Quality Management System (QA/QC) across project activities. The role involves conducting inspections, managing risks, ensuring compliance with Anti-Bribery policies, and driving digitalization in quality control. Candidates should have a degree in engineering and 3 to 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Travel to project sites is required.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in QA/QC within construction.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QA/QC) and risk management practices.
- Knowledge of Anti-Bribery and Corruption compliance requirements.
- Familiarity in digitalization initiatives to enhance quality management processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System across all project activities.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
- Ensure adherence to Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies throughout project operations.
- Drive digitalization efforts by integrating modern tools to improve quality control processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for management review.
Skills
Education
Manage and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QA/QC) across all project activities.

Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, recommending and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
Ensure adherence to Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies throughout project operations.
Drive digitalization efforts by integrating modern tools and systems to improve quality control processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, reports, and records for management and client review.
Based at Petaling Jaya HQ, travel to project sites as required.
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in QA/QC within construction.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QA/QC) and risk management practices.
- Knowledge of Anti-Bribery and Corruption compliance requirements.
- Familiarity in digitalization initiatives to enhance quality management processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
