Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements within the Quality Management System.
• Monitor, enforce and improve process flow, taking corrective action when discrepancies are identified.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and work with process owners to reduce rejects and non-conformance.
• Review the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by departments and follow up on gaps.
• Plan, lead and conduct internal audits to ensure system compliance and effectiveness.
• Support and manage external audits, including supplier audits when required.
