A leading construction company based in Selangor is seeking an experienced professional to manage and implement the Quality Management System (QA/QC) across project activities. The role involves conducting inspections, managing risks, ensuring compliance with Anti-Bribery policies, and driving digitalization in quality control. Candidates should have a degree in engineering and 3 to 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Travel to project sites is required.
Manage and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QA/QC) across all project activities.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, recommending and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
Ensure adherence to Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies throughout project operations.
Drive digitalization efforts by integrating modern tools and systems to improve quality control processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, reports, and records for management and client review.
Based at Petaling Jaya HQ, travel to project sites as required.
