Job summary

A leading firm in finance located in Selangor is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee month-end closing processes, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate holds a recognized degree in Finance and has at least 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is preferred, with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years applicable experience in financial reporting/costing and manufacturing accounting.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Exposure to ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee month-end closing and costing process in factories.
  • Manage inventory control and improve stock count processes.
  • Generate monthly Production P&L and provide detailed analysis on variances.
